How to use the Lumière™ LED mask
1. Cleanse + exfoliate (optional)
If you’re wearing SPF or heavy makeup, begin with a double cleanse to fully dissolve buildup.
Use a gentle cleanser to remove excess oils, impurities, and sunscreen.
Then, exfoliate to clear away dead skin cells and unclog pores for deeper absorption and better LED results.
2. Optional: Facial massage (recommended)
For 2 minutes, massage your face in any way that feels comfortable. It stimulates microcirculation with:

This boosts oxygen delivery to the cells and amplifies LED results.
3. Position Your Lumière™ Mask
Place the mask on your face.
Make sure the top part of the silicone around the eyes sits just above your eyebrows for the perfect fit and full light coverage.
The design leaves a small breathable gap, preventing trapped heat or sweat so your skin stays comfortable while receiving optimal light.
4. Choose Your Light
Select the wavelength that matches your skin needs (see “Light Guide” below).
5. Treatment Duration
If you start, use for 10 minutes on your first session. Then you can use it for 20 minutes.
6. Follow With Skin Care
