At C'est Madeleine, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and the technology behind our products. We want you to feel confident in your investment.
The 1-Year Limited Warranty
Every Lumière™ Recovery Light Therapy Mask purchased directly from our website includes a comprehensive 1-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. During the warranty period, if a defect arises, we will, at our discretion:
Repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
Exchange the product with a new or equivalent replacement unit.
What is Covered?
Technical Defects: Failure of the LED nodes, battery/power issues, or failure of the controller remote.
Manufacturing Flaws: Issues related to the build quality or internal circuitry that occur during standard operation.
What is Not Covered?
Our warranty does not extend to:
Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, or wear and tear to the surface of the mask that does not affect performance.
Improper Use: Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow the provided user manual (e.g., submersion in water, improper storage, or use of unauthorized power adapters).
Unauthorized Repairs: Any modifications or repairs performed by third parties or unauthorized service centers.
Lost or Stolen Items.
How to Make a Claim
If you believe your mask is faulty, we are here to help. Please follow these steps to initiate a claim:
Email Us: Contact our support team at contact@cetmadeleine.co.uk with your order number and a clear description of the issue.
Provide Proof: To speed up the process, please include a photo or short video demonstrating the defect.
Review: Our technical team will review your claim within 3–5 business days.
Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of your defective unit and send you a replacement immediately upon receipt and verification.
